Kristin Van Dorn is a visual artist and arts administrator. She received her BFA
in painting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2002 and is pursuing a master in liberal studies degree from
the University of Minnesota. Kristin stumbled into arts administration when, during her last year at the University of
Massachusetts, she was coerced by a good friend into accepting a position at the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park. Since
then, she's worked for the Marketing and Public Relations Department and Development Department at the Orlando Museum of Art
in Orlando, Florida, and has served as the Executive Director of the Lake Eustis Museum of Art in Eustis, Florida. She currently
serves as the Development Manager for the American Composers Forum in St. Paul, Minnesota and is particularly interested
in how the arts serve as a catalyst for community engagement and social change. kristinvandorn@gmail.com
